Rehabilitation from Crime: No Quick Fix

The Times of Malta recently published an opinion piece I wrote regarding rehabilitation from crime. This was written as a response to the misinformation being given on social media by people who are not at all informed on the subject, suggesting quick-fixes, slogans, and reductionist solutions to complex problems which have been studied the world over for years. In the article I point out that such commentary is dangerous and harmful to the people it is pretending to protect and defend.
